Congratulations on completing week 3! This four week challenge has been about expanding and deepening your influence and confidence. Really, it is about discovering what leadership looks like on a woman's terms. It is not enough to just help women access leadership roles or get promoted. Burlesque for the Boardroom is about giving women the skills they need not to fit in, but to develop a culture of leadership that benefits women.
If the world were designed for women, how do you think it would be different? More ladies' bathrooms? Comfortable bras? 12 week standard maternity and paternity leave? The ability to bring your whole self to work? Power with versus power over? More businesses providing social good? It is time to build that world.
No more trying to please everyone. No more burnout from self-sacrifice. No more proving yourself. No more fitting into the boys club. Just pure, awe-inspiring, kick-ass you. You're enough. You're magnificent. You're irresistible. And, you can insist on making this world a reality.
