The Supernatural Aid 3 Session Coaching Package is for someone who has one clear-cut goal in mind for something they want to change. Together, we will hone in on the specific and practical behaviors you need to practice in order to initiate your change. We will also identify the emotions and beliefs that will plant the long-lasting seeds of change.
You'll get:
1 - 30 minute introductory coaching call to clearly identify your change goal
3 - 60 minute coaching calls to explore any resistance, identify strengths/assets that will help you make your change, and practice new behaviors.
